Instructions for using online platform
You can purchase an individual ticket, a ticket package or a festival pass at the following web address: https://tickets.animateka.si/passes/buy
Select “Kupi / Buy” and a pop-up window to complete the purchase will appear:
To complete the purchase, you need to register on the Eventive online platform by entering your valid e-mail address (1) and pressing “Continue.”
After entering the e-mail address,
– enter your Name and Surname (3)
– select a password (4) (which must be at least 8 characters long) and enter it in the required fields (5).
– Your user account will be created (6) (you will receive a registration confirmation by e-mail) and a secure window will appear for the purchase of the selected ticket / package / pass.
Online payment is made by a credit / debit card in secure conditions. You can use VISA (classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including the Maestro card if it has a CVV2 / CVC2 number) credit and debit cards.
After the purchase, the purchase details will be displayed. Before closing the window, enter the name of your festival pass / ticket (7).
On your profile page (1), you will find basic information about the programmes, tickets purchased and those used for individual programmes. If you want to watch a film, go to the link https://online.animateka.si/start/ where a virtual catalogue of all programmes is waiting for you.

Here you will find the e-mail address and telephone number you can use for assistance if you encounter a problem with the purchase of tickets or the operation of the website.

If you purchased:
- a single ticket, you can choose 1 programme from the list;
- package 4 + 1, you can choose 5 different programmes;
- a festival pass, the entire online programme is available.
You will be able to watch films at any time between 30 November and 9 December 2020.
After unlocking the selected programme, you will have 4 hours to watch it. After 4 hours, it will no longer be possible to watch the programme.
To unlock and watch any film programme, click the “Poglej filme / Watch films” button.
