In Driftless, Intimate moments with a family pet emerge and evaporate through layered rotoscoped graphite rendering. Collaged audio from home recordings builds a soundscape that places the viewer into the ambiguous visual spaces. Repeated sound and image throughout creates a rhythm so that when elements are taken away evocations of loss take shape.
