Awarded projects of AnimatekaPRO pitch

On the very first AnimatekaPRO pitch has applied 15 projects from the Ex-Yugoslavian countries. Six selected projects from Slovenia, Croatia, Macedonia and Serbia yesterday had training workshop led by expert tutor Anna Vášová. 

 

In the morning each participating project team had 10-minute slots to execute their pitching presentations to the international jury: Gyorgi Falvai (MOME), Vanja Andrijević (Bonobostudio), Jožko Rutar (Film producer). 

The special mention goes to

 

LILIANA

 

directed by Milanka Fabjančič and produced by Kolja Saksida for production house ZVVIKS.

Explanation: In a hope that this project will set-up  a quality level standard for AnimatekaPro for the future and for the perfectly elaborated pitch, well developed visuals and production potential. 

The winning project is

 

LIGHTS & SHADOWS

 

directed by Rastko Ćirić and produced by Iva Ćirić and Milan Stojanović for production house SENSE.

 

Explanation: On one hand for the persistance and dedication, and on the other hand for the perfectly developed script, unique and coherent visual style.

 

The winning project will have direct access to VAF Trebon 2018 without the need to undergo competitive pre-selection, provided they adhere to the rules of VAF Trebon, and will be assisted with travel and accomodation in Trebon and accreditation to the Anifilm festival.
