The Elephant Workshop: Animation production workshop with Timon Leder, 9+

Monday, 27 November to Friday, 1 December 2017, daily from 3 pm to 8 pm, Oton Župančič Library (Mediatheque), Kersnikova 2

 

This year's animation production workshop will be run by Timon Leder, the filmmaker behind the animation Weasel. Working from their own ideas, participants will first develop the plot, then make the backgrounds and characters, animate them, and finally add the sound.

In collaboration with RogLab, we will make special 3D printed fidget spinners. Join us and help us test them by adding your own images to create an animation.

After the screening, join us with your plush friends to take them on a stop-motion adventure.

 

 

Animated Animals

Animation workshop for children, 3+

Sunday, 10. 12. 2017, 11:00–13:00, Kinodvor Café

 

On a coffee table in the Kinodvor Café, among the cups and glasses look for balls of modelling clay, and turn it into animals. Using the stop motion animation technique, the animals will come alive and have a cup of cocoa or a glass of juice, perhaps even eat a biscuit!
