Roberto Paganelli

Born in Bologna in 1968, Paganelli graduated in 1994 from the Bologna University in Arts, Music and Performing Arts (DAMS) with a thesis on documentary cinema. Since 1996, he has been developing and running educational courses on cinema, working in video production and film distribution, and organizing events related to film culture.
In 2006 he founded OTTOmani Association, which develops workshops and educational programs on animated cinema, and distributes and produces animated short films.
Until now, together with the operators of OTTOmani Association, Roberto Paganelli has made more than 150 short films in as many workshops held in Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Kosovo, Germany, France, Poland, Russia and Austria.
