Lisa Neumann is the director and head curator of dotdotdot, Vienna's open air short film festival, founded in 2015. After graduating in cinematography and screenwriting at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, Lisa Neumann worked with several film festivals in her hometown. Between 2008 and 2014, she was the director of the espressofilm short film festival, which she co-founded to dedicate her work to the promotion and presentation of independent short film to a broad audience. In 2012 she co-founded the Austrian Film Festival Forum. Lisa Neumann also served as the interim festival director of Vienna's youth film festival video&filmtage in 2013 and 2015 and as a jury member of international film festivals on many occasions. Apart from her main occupation, she enjoys hosting film talks, diary slams and tap jams as well as working as a dramatic adviser.
